We strive to ensure your dog’s wellness essentials reach your doorstep quickly, safely, and intact.
1. Processing Times
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days (Monday through Saturday) are typically packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during peak sale periods will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We ship all orders via reputed courier and logistics aggregators (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket):
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 / Tier 3 Towns): 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote / North-East / J&K Regions: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may be affected by extreme weather conditions, regional holidays, or operational disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping across India on orders above [₹499 / ₹799]. A nominal flat fee of [₹49] applies to prepaid orders below this threshold.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for serviceable PIN codes. A convenience fee of [₹40 / ₹50] may apply to COD orders to cover courier cash-handling charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping notification via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing your tracking ID and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
5. Undelivered Shipments / Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient after 3 delivery attempts, or refusal to accept a COD order, re-dispatch charges will apply.

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India, online retail platforms must publicly display direct contact and grievance redressal information.
